About me
I’m Nadia Sawaya-Gauckler, the Founder and Principal Consultant of Inclusion Works. I help organizations build inclusive cultures that drive growth, engagement, and lasting impact. With over 20 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), I’ve partnered with companies in industries like healthcare, banking, and financial services to create and implement DEI strategies that align with business goals and create meaningful change.
My approach is all about creating workplaces where everyone—from leadership to front-line employees—can thrive. I’m especially passionate about integrating DEI with corporate social responsibility (CSR) to achieve both organizational success and positive social impact. Over the years, I’ve led award-winning initiatives, championed leadership diversity, and worked to embed DEI into the core mission and operations of the organizations I support.
I hold degrees in Economics and Healthcare Administration and have earned certifications in (Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Strategy, Diversity Executive Leadership, and Intercultural Foundations. I’ve also been honored with the Johns Hopkins University Diversity Award.
